Fill out our online order form completely or the best you can. Party Wraps will confirm your order by email within 1 business day and send you either a Paypal link or an address where you can mail your check. We will contact you, if we need any more information.

If you don't like filling out forms, or if you want us to create a totally custom Tea Bag pack label for you, give us a call. One of our sales representatives will be glad to take your order, and help you with the design of your label. 1-866-277-WRAP (9727)

If you need us to modify the design you selected (Example: colors, graphics, wording or font's),
use the comments box on the bottom of this form. If we have any questions or problems with your modification, we will contact you before we proceed.

There is no extra charge for modifying the design.

Once we create your Tea Bag label, it will be emailed to you for your approval.
We will not proceed with your order until we get your approval.
